Overview:  Florida's Sunshine and Public Records Laws provide a broad right of access to government meetings and Records. This presentation will focus on the scope and application of these laws to government finance officers, with a particular emphasis on electronic technologies and media, such as email, text messaging and Facebook postings. Her presentation is helpful beyond the realm of finance, so there may be others in your office who would benefit from joining us as a guest for this meeting.
